Yes, we provide luxury chauffeur-driven airport transfers from Trivandrum International Airport (TRV), which is about 45 km (1.5 hours) from the resort. Please share your flight details with us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Unless you have booked a specialized Ayurvedic Wellness Retreat Package, spa treatments and consultations are billed separately. We recommend booking your sessions at our Ayurvedic Sanctuary in advance to secure your preferred timings.
For standard reservations, cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a charge equal to the first night's stay. Peak season bookings may carry stricter policies.
